Has the green crisis damaged the future of development renewable energy?
Published on Jun 16, 2008
We all know the importance of being greener in our approach but for the general public and bodies in the standard corporate world the green bubble is beginning to burst.

Yes going green has received a lot of media but unfortunately it appears to some that that’s all that has happened and frankly some are becoming more than a little disengaged. In fact the clever bodies at BusinessWeek preempt a, “backlash” in the green movement.

They claim that it has become too easy for a company to proclaim that they are carbon neutral that it is begin to lose the kudos that it once had; in fact the green crisis has been criticized for fostering a fare more skeptical media and consumer opinion.

So I put it to you, do you think we are in danger of essentially boring the nation about why they should go green, if they don’t care or believe in the importance do we have a market to supply green technologies too? Indeed it could be argued that the market place only has space for a certain proportion of renewable technologies to exist in order for them to be groomed and taken through as commercial entities. Not that I’m trying to be skeptical but is all of the blue innovation in vein?
